S.S. Lazio has denied the reconstruction made by Il Tempo's editorialist, Luigi Bisignani, on a supposed 450 million euro offer from JP Morgan. The club has released a statement in which it categorically denies the reported information. This news is entirely unfounded, as no proposal, manifestation of interest or communication related to JP Morgan's acquisition of the club has ever been received by the Society. S.S. Lazio asks the newspaper 'Il Tempo' to publish a timely correction, with similar emphasis to the disseminated news, in order to restore accurate information for its readers, fans, the market and all stakeholders of the Society. The Society will also report to the Consob the latest dissemination of information lacking evidence regarding supposed capital operations of S.S. Lazio, susceptible to alter the regular formation of the title price and generate disorientation among investors.
